Baseball & Softball Training for the Next Generation
An exciting new partnership between EL1 Sports and the Seattle Mariners has created the Mariners Training Centers: a network of community-centric baseball and softball programs and state-of-the-art instructional facilities. Through a unique combination of teaching, training and technology, we are training the next generation of young people in the games of baseball and softball, as well as the game of life. From high-level team training and camps, clinics and tournaments to 1-on-1 lessons, we will help athletes from all backgrounds and corners of our community to gain and build on their experience, level-up their skills, build character, and reap the benefits and joys of our National Pastime.

About Our Instructors
It is important to have great leaders to teach baseball, softball and life skills. That’s why the Mariners Training Center instructors back their teaching with positivity, great communication and experience in professional and/or collegiate baseball and softball. Our instructor-to-athlete ratio is low so everyone gets the attention they need. Through a collaboration with a master’s-level educator, we provide customized curriculum to enhance players’ abilities in every facet of the game. Mariners Training Center is additionally committed to expanding recruitment to create a diversified instructor base, as well as provide anti-bias training for all instructors.

Where You’ll Find Us
We operate six Mariners Training Centers in the greater Seattle area with more on the way. These are part of our national EL1 Sports network of training academies designed to support teams and athletes of all ages and skill levels. Each Center is equipped with thousands of square feet of turf, netting, performance enhancement equipment, configurable training stations and next-generation technology like HitTrax, Rapsodo and Diamond Kinetics. We provide an advanced, inspirational and comfortable experience for athletes, coaches and parents.
We Work, You Play
League organizers, coaches, and parents all know this simple truth: on the field and off, there is way more to running a team than meets the eye.
That’s why we developed the Powered By program. It’s a unique suite of services that helps teams with everything from administrative support to supplemental and specialized instruction on-the-turf – freeing-up coaches to do what they do best: coach. The Mariners Training Centers currently provide Powered By support to about 200 youth teams in the state of Washington.
PROUD YOUTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TRAINING PARTNER OF MLB
MLB Partnership
The visionary partnership between EL1 and the Mariners will have a lasting impact on youth sports and communities in the Pacific Northwest for years to come. But it’s not EL1’s first trip to the Big Leagues. The company has been working in collaboration with the Los Angeles Dodgers for several years, and in 2022 signed a multi-year partnership with Major League Baseball to support local youth sports ecosystems in MLB cities and around the country. Together we are working to grow the game through access to high-quality baseball and softball facilities and instruction for players of all skill levels and socioeconomic backgrounds.
